Ezugi expands in New Jersey thanks to Caesars deal.

Ezugi, a live casino provider that is owned by Evolution has expanded its presence in the USA to New Jersey thanks to partnership with Caesars Entertainment.


According to the deal, Ezugi launched its live dealer games in the state through online casino and bookmaker Caesars. Names include American blackjack, American roulette, baccarat and three card poker. The games are broadcast live from Ezugi studios in Garden State.

Commenting on the launch, Monica Umana, Vice President of Ezugi for America, said: “Caesars is one of the biggest names in the casino industry and we are excited to offer our games to players in New Jersey.

“Our live games in casinos seemed to be very popular for players in the Garden state and we hope to provide the same excellent opportunities to players at Caesars & Sports New Jersey”.

The game provider Evolution completed the deal of Ezugi acquisition in September, last year. The deal was completed with an initial gaining of 12 million dollars.

Commenting on the acquisition, Evolution stated that the value of the deal lies in i ts ability to strengthen the company’s existing position in the USA. In addition, Evolution now derives benefit from Ezugi`s additional studio capacity, as well as from the resources under development.

In the third quarter of 2020, Evolution`s operating revenue increased by 48% compared to the same period last year to 140 million euro (166.7 million dollars).
